Obama and Human Rights

Obama and Human Rights Continuity and change
President Barack Obama’s election produced great optimism for progress on human rights. Obama’s election campaign had championed human rights and expressly rejected the worst excess of the “War on Terror” which, over a period lasting longer than the Second World War, has embraced authorized torture, secret prisons and extraordinary rendition. Obama initially acted swiftly and decisively in attempting to restore US human rights credibility. On his second day he issued executive orders rejecting torture, announcing the closure.
I think he did better job changing the human rights and it’d good for the Women too because they always have to fight for their own rights. Some other countries they still have to fight for their own rights. And they torture women a lot.  In past year they used to killed daughter when they born so I think it’s really good for women and daughter both that he changed the Human Rights.
